Pipe Liner Lateral Connection System Connex
Ideal for lateral connections to lined drainage pipes
The Funke Pipe Liner Lateral Connection System Connex is suitable for the connection of lateral pipes in main pipes which have been renovated with a pipe liner (GRP liners or needle punched liners). The connection is available in DN/OD 160 (bore hole 162 mm) for main pipes DN 200, DN 250 and DN 300. Additionally, the connection is available in DN/OD 200 (bore hole 200 mm) for main pipes DN 400 up to DN 1500.
The installation takes place from the outside of the main pipe (lined pipe) via a square cut-out (“working window”). A two component resin (from Funke) is injected to achieve a stable connection to the liner. Uneven liner surfaces (≤ 2 mm) will be compensated. For clear identification of the Pipe Liner lateral Connection System Connex the box is labelled with a red sticker.
