Renovation Socket

Unique solution for renovating lateral connections

The Funke Renovation Socket, with DN/OD 160 or DN/OD 200 socket adjustable from 0° to 11°, is designed to renovate or repair lateral connections to sewer main pipes from DN 300 to DN 1000 where the hole in the main pipe is enlarged or worn out or where the previous lateral connection has broken off.

Two versions are available: The DN/OD 160 Renovation Socket is ideal for broken areas in pipes measuring max. 260 mm (min. 200 mm); with the DN/OD 200 version, broken areas must not be larger than max. 310 mm in diameter (min. 250 mm).

Due to its unique design, it is easy to integrate the lateral drainage pipe once the Renovation Socket has been installed on the main pipe.

The Renovation Socket consists of a foldable inner casing, a transparent outer form-work with a filler neck for the introduction of sealing resin, and an adjustable socket that allows the lateral connection to be angled within a range of 0° to 11°. The tools needed for installation are available from the manufacturer as well, and must be purchased separately.
