Repair Junction / Repair Pipe
Level invert transition made easy
Repair Junctions and Repair Pipes can be used to repair damaged clay and concrete sewers and to allow the connection of lateral drainage pipelines into existing systems. The internal diameters of the plastic pipes match those of the clay or concrete pipes in question. This keeps the transition between the two materials at level-invert, which is important when adding a pipe liner during renovation work, for example.
The Repair Junction allows lateral connections to be added to existing concrete or clay sewers. For such tasks, the Repair Junction is integrated into the existing pipe section using VPC® Pipe Couplings. Any gaps between the Repair Junction and the ends of the pipe can be filled using the Repair Pipe.
The advantages in practice:
- Good hydraulics
- Lightweight design
- Calibrated internal diameter for level-invert transitions
